Every engagement is priced after a free 45-minute diagnostic — never before. Automation projects typically range between €1,500 and €4,000 depending on scope and complexity. A full AI audit ranges from €800 to €1,200, and the initial discovery audit is free. There are no framework contracts: every quote is precise, dated, and limited to what we validated together.
Do I need technical knowledge? ▼
No technical knowledge required. My role is to make AI simpler for you, not to turn you into a developer. I adapt the language, tools and level of explanation to your profile — whether you're a doctor, a craftsperson, an SME manager or an independent consultant. The goal is that you understand what has been put in place and can use it autonomously.
Do you work only in Belgium? ▼
I work primarily in Belgium — Brussels, Wallonia and Flanders — in person or remotely depending on your preference. I also work remotely for clients in France (Paris, Lyon, Lille) and Luxembourg. For short engagements like audits or training, 100% remote works very well. For complex deployments, one or two on-site visits are often useful.
How long does a typical project take? ▼
A standard automation project deploys in 2 to 4 weeks following the initial 45-minute diagnostic. The first week covers solution design and validation. Subsequent weeks cover implementation, testing and training. A 30-day post-delivery follow-up is included to ensure everything works in your real-world conditions.
